Zdzislaw ("Zbyszek"/"Jesse") Siwiec, age 82, of Glenview, IL, passed away peacefully at his home on October 30, 2025.  He was born on January 22, 1943 in Zagorzyce, Poland to the late Wladyslaw and Helena Siwiec (nee Skiba).  He was preceded in death by his parents and his younger brother, Stanley Siwiec.  He is survived by his beloved wife, Maria (nee Wojnarowska); his devoted children, Robert (Christine) and Janelle (Andrew); and his cherished grandchildren, Rowan, Amelia, and Lacey.  Zbyszek was a man of integrity, dedication, and quiet strength.  Throughout his life, he exemplified the values of hard work, compassion, and commitment to family.  He took great pride in his role as a husband, father, and grandfather, and he found immense joy in the accomplishments and companionship of those he loved most.  Visitation at Skaja Terrace Funeral Home, 7812 N. Milwaukee Avenue, Niles, IL, will be on Thursday, November 6th, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Funeral Home Prayer Service Friday, November 7th at 9:15 AM.  Funeral mass will take place on Friday, November 7th, at St. John Brebeuf Catholic Church, 8305 N. Harlem Avenue, Niles, IL, at 10:00 AM.  Interment at Maryhill Cemetery.
