With deep sadness, we announce the passing of Walter H. Boi Jr., who left us peacefully on July 7, 2025, at the age of 81.

Born on September 3, 1943, Walter was the beloved son of the late Walter H. Boi Sr. and Edna A. Boi (Pump). He grew up surrounded by the love of his family, including his late brothers Wayne, Dennis, Timothy, and his surviving brother, Ronald R. Boi, with whom he shared a lifetime of memories and laughter.

Walter's life was one of quiet dedication, steady presence, and unwavering love for his family. Though he never had children of his own, he was a devoted uncle to many nieces and nephews, always ready with a smile, a story, or a helping hand. His role in their lives was as meaningful as any father's—an anchor of strength, humor, and wisdom.

A true outdoorsman at heart, Walter found peace in nature—especially during fishing trips out on the lake, where he loved to spend his time casting a line and soaking in the serenity of the water. He cherished these moments, often returning to the same familiar spots that held decades of memories.

In his quieter hours, Walter enjoyed life's simple pleasures. A trip to the casino brought out his playful spirit, where he could be found at the slot machines with a cold Miller High Life in hand—his signature drink and a nod to the joy he found in everyday moments.

Walter's legacy is one of love, loyalty, and a life well-lived. His presence will be profoundly missed by his family and all who were fortunate to know him.
