Obituary

Stanislaw Wilczek, our beloved husband, father, grandfather, and brother passed away peacefully in his bed on August 27th, 2023 after a 17 year long battle with Parkinsons Disease. He is survived by his wife, Anna Wilczek (Stoch), daughters, Gosia (Jonathan) Krysinski and Basia Wilczek, granddaughter Hania Krysinski, brother Jozef (Anna) Wilczek, as well as many nieces and nephews.

Stanislaw loved to watch ski jumping and loved it even more when the Polish team won. He loved strawberry ice cream, Polish pastries (drozdzowki), hot chocolate, beer, and frying up a piece a bread on the stovetop. He loved the color yellow, he loved to dirty the entire kitchen when cooking a meal (what kind of meal is it if the kitchen is clean after?), and, above all, he loved his family with all his might. He would give you the shirt off his back and more without you even having to ask, and he was extremely handy. He was a faithful Catholic and loved to sit in the first few rows at Church, all while getting there 15 minutes early. He was the best dad in the entire world and he will be remembered as a kind hearted, loving soul.
