It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Robert "Bob" Yetter, a
beloved father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. Bob passed on December 5th at the age
of 82. He was preceded in death by his sister, Jeanette and his brother, Jim. Bob was
born in Chicago, Illinois, and grew up in a close-knit family. Bob was a retired printer
who took great pride in his trade. Outside of work, Bob was an avid golfer and a
passionate fan of the Chicago Bears. He loved spending time with his family, especially
his grandchildren, who brought him immense joy and pride. Bob will be deeply missed
by his children, Michael (Brandy) and Lori (Craig); his grandchildren, Madison, Hannah,
Morgan, Riley, Cody, and Cailyn; his sister, Elaine, his many nieces and nephews that
called him "UB" and his friends.  Bob will be lying in State at St. Zachary's Catholic Church 567 W Algonquin Rd in Des Plaines. on Saturday January 6th, from 10:00 AM. until the time of funeral mass 11:00 AM. Interment at All Saints Cemetery following mass. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Zachary's special needs fund in Bob's memory.
