Obituary

Peggy Ann "Peg" Soprych nee Lindemann, age 78, of Wonder Lake, IL passed away peacefully at home on December 26, 2025. She was born in Evanston, IL to parents Walter and Marion Lindemann.

On December 17, 1993 she married her soulmate Gregory J. Soprych, which was the start of their beautiful life together.

They would take many trips to go camping and fishing and explore life together with their family and friends.

Anyone who knew her, knows her love of dancing, especially disco and polka. She tried her hand at cooking, but it was Not a passion of hers. Her specialty was flower arranging which she learned from her parents. One thing she always said she did was say the Lord's prayer and talked with God before falling asleep at night.

She will be forever remembered by all who were fortunate to know her.

Soprych; her children Carrie (Wally) Antonsen, Lisa Bates and Traci (Jason) Kamick; her grandchildren Elizabeth "Lizzie" (Cody) Lay, Charles "Charlie" Bates III, Parker Kamick and Kylie Kamick; her two great grandchildren Evangeline "Eva" Lay and Lucius "Luc" Lay. She is also survived by her two sisters Norma Jean (Norman) Glauner and Linda Mae (Paul) Wenzel, and in-laws Wayne and Pat Soprych and MANY nieces and nephews (21) and  great nieces and nephews (34).
