Patricia Jean Miklasz, age 61, of Chicago Illinois, passed away on September 29th, 2023. Patricia was the beloved daughter of Marie Centenail and late Donald Centenail. Cherished sister of Anna Schmidt and Samuel McCoy. Loving wife of Matthew Miklasz of 39 Years. Dearest Mother of Nathan Miklasz and Candace Miklasz. Adored grandmother of Israel Gonzalez, Jade Gonzalez, Raven Gonzalez, Aiden Howard, and Olivia Miklasz.  She was a wonderful friend to many.

Patricia grew up in Chicago. She attended Notre Dame Highschool for Girls. Patricia worked for Grossinger Auto Group for 20 Years. She was known for her strong work ethic and positive energy.

Patricia prided herself on being a great Wife and Mother, and raising a strong Family. She is remembered as kind and loving to everyone, often embracing you with a warm hug. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and watching basketball with her husband. She was a Fur-Mom to her cats and loved curling up on the couch with them.
