Neal Kodner, age 83, of Des Plaines, beloved husband of Theresa, loving father of Michael and Tammy (Taylor) Kodner, Deborah Kodner, and Tracy (Kodner) and Tom Fragassi Cherished grandfather aka "Papa Neal" of Anthony and Giuliana Fragassi; dearest brother of his twin sister Iris (Kodner) Wasserman and the late Norman Wasserman.
