Michele "Mike" Citrano, age 87, beloved husband of Maria, nee Ribaudo; loving father of Salvatore (Janice), and Enza (Sam) Citrano; dear grandfather of Michael, Patrick, Domenic, and Christian; dear brother of Pierino (late Maria) Citrano, the late Salvatore (late Concetta) Citrano, and the late Concetta (late Vincenzo) Scinardi; dear brother-in-law of the late Vito (Franca) Ribaudo; fond uncle of many nieces and nephews.

At age 18, Mike left Sicily for England where he worked as a barber. He married Maria, the love of his life, in 1967, and immigrated to Chicago in 1972. Mike worked in the Loop as a barber from 1972 until 2005 before retiring and enjoying his winters in Florida. His hobbies were gardening, watching wrestling, playing with his grandsons, and traveling the world with his wife and friends. The most important thing to him was his faith and his devotion to the San Giovanni Bosco di Ciminna Club.

Visitation at the Skaja Terrace Funeral Home 7812 N. Milwaukee Avenue Niles on Wednesday from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Funeral Thursday 10:15 AM to St. John Brebeuf Church Mass 11:00 AM.
