Michael J.
Kamysz
Apr 17, 1960 — May 25, 2025
Niles
With heartfelt sadness and deep gratitude for a life well lived, we
remember Michael J. Kamysz, who unexpectedly left us on May 25th.
Born on April 17, 1960, Michael dedicated his entire career to the
family business, working side by side with his beloved father until his
passing in 2021. His unwavering work ethic and love for family were
the cornerstones of his life.
Michael's passions were as vibrant as his personality. He loved
vacationing in Wisconsin and exploring new horizons both
domestically and internationally during his younger years. An avid
airplane enthusiast, Micheal would often take the long way to his
destination; taking several flights on different airlines just to have the
experience. He had a fascination for architecture and delighted in
sketching his own designs. A true history buff, Michael possessed a
remarkable memory and an encyclopedic knowledge of European and
Polish history—often recalling dates and events with perfect clarity.
His infectious sense of humor and quick wit made him the life of any
gathering. Whether sharing hilarious stories or impersonations,
Michael had an extraordinary ability to bring joy and laughter to those
around him. Never met a stranger, and effortlessly striking up
conversations, he made friends wherever he went, leaving a trail of
warmth and smiles.
Michael was preceded in death by his father, John E. Kamysz, and his
mother, Loretta F. Kamysz (née Kowynia). He is survived by his loving
family—his sister, Cynthia Kamysz; his brother, John (Kristen)
Kamysz; his nephews, Jack and Colton Kamysz; and his niece,
Mackenzie Kamysz. His circle of friends was vast and filled with
caring, wonderful people whose lives he touched deeply.
Michael's spirit will remain alive in all who knew him—thanks to his
kindness, humor, and zest for life. We are forever grateful for the
memories, the lessons, and the laughter he shared with us. May he
rest in peace, knowing how much he was loved.
