He is survived by his parents Wieslaw and Jolanta Pytlak, a son Nicholas, a girlfriend Veronica, his brothers Lukasz (Sabrina) Pytlak, and Jakub Pytlak, and his nephews Oliwier, Antoni, and Milosz, Visitation Thursday at Skaja Terrace Funeral Home from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
