Marilyn "Kay" Heinz, nee Walsh, age 87, beloved wife of 59 years of the late George Jacob Heinz; loving mother of Michael (Marcie), Timothy (Darlene), Kathleen (Kenneth), and Gary (Dawn); dear Grandmother of Matthew, Amanda Fringer (Jared), Monica Misicka (Scottie), Christopher, and Keira.  Step-Grandmother of Heather and the late Brittany; Cherished Great-Grandmother of Trey and Trevor; step Great-Grandmother of Aiden, Xavier and Xander; loving sister of the late Edward "Mickey" Walsh; the late Patricia Weiler and Kathleen Heinz.  She was a cherished Aunt to many nieces and nephews.  She enjoyed many years of employment at Maine Township High School East Campus and volunteering at Lutheran General Hospital.  She enjoyed cooking, travel, going to church, and spending time with her family and friends.  Visitation will be held at the Skaja Terrace Funeral Home, 7812 N. Milwaukee Ave. Niles on Friday, July 31st from 4 PM to 8 PM.  Funeral Saturday, August 1st 9:15 AM to Our Lady of Ransom Church for 10:00 AM Mass. Interment Maryhill.
