Maria Kozikowska age 90, Beloved wife of the late Marian Bernard Kozikowski, dearest mother of Wojciech (Krystyna) Kozikowski, and Grazyna (Frederick) Cohen, loving grandmother of Jessica (John) Munoz, Kasia (Michael) Esquivel, Anna (Phillip) Brezai, and Michael Kozikowski, great grandmother of Jacqueline, Jennifer, Julia, and Alex. Visitation Monday October 5th at Skaja Terrace Funeral Home 7812 N. Milwaukee Ave. Niles from 9:00 AM until the time of service 10:30 AM to St. John Brebeuf Church for an 11:00 AM Mass. Interment All Saints Cemetery.
