Kazimiera Duda Onis, 62, passed away peacefully on June 8th, 2024 surrounded by her loved ones at Lutheran General hospital.
Kazimiera "Kazia" was born on June 11th, 1961 to Kazimierz and Irena Duda in Gdynia, Poland. Kazimiera emigrated to the United States with her family in 1971. Kazimiera was always known as a generous and friendly woman who devoted her life to helping others. She enjoyed romantic music, movies, game shows, playing the lotto, wearing her favorite perfume, collecting books and beautiful things, and spending time with her family and best friends.
Kazimiera is survived by her partner, Valentin Onis, her daughter, Christina Palkowski and her siblings Donna, Arek, Mitchell, Teresa and Mary. She was preceded in death by her parents Kazimierz and Irena Duda and her brother Stanley Duda.

Visitation will be held at Skaja Terrace Funeral Home in Niles, Illinois on Friday, June 14th at 4-8pm.
Funeral service will also be held at Skaja Terrace Funeral Home on Saturday, June 15th at 10 am. Burial will follow at Maryhilll Cemetery.
