Katharina "Kathy" Sampson (nee Safran) Age 75.  Beloved Wife of David Sampson.  Loving Mother of the late Michael Sampson and Brian (Cheryl) Sampson.  Cherished Oma of Emma Sampson, Jace Sampson, and Cade Sampson.  Dearest Sister of the late Mathias Safran.  Cherished extended family member of Doreen (Tim) Rottman and daughters Jackie and Julia, as well as the Peter Strumberger Family, and her Caregivers Liz and Maritza.  Katharina enjoyed traveling, gardening, crafts, and most of all spending time with her family and life long friends.  Kathy was a member of the American Aid Society, and the Donauschwaben of Chicago where she made longtime friends and lasting memories.  Visitation Saturday November 15, 2025 at SKAJA Terrace Funeral Home 7812 North Milwaukee Avenue Niles, IL 60714 from 9:00 AM until the time of the funeral services 11:00 AM.  Interment will be at St. Adalbert Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions to the National Kidney Foundation would be appreciated.
