John P. Leonard, age 82, beloved husband of Helen, nee Niederquell; son of the late Bernard and the late Irene Leonard; loving father of John J. (Mary); dear grandpa of Clare and Kate; loving brother to Arlene (the late Donald) Derma, and Mary (the late Denis) McNamara and fond uncle to many nieces and nephews; cherished brother-in-law of Ruth Kelly.

He was a proud graduate of the 100th class of St. Patrick High School, and a longtime parishioner and proud member of the Men's Club at St. Juliana Church in Edison Park.

Visitation will be held at the Skaja Terrace Funeral Home 7812 N. Milwaukee Avenue Niles on Thursday March 12th from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Funeral Friday March 13th at 9:15 AM to St. Juliana Church for 10:00 AM Mass. Interment All Saints Cemetery.
