Harry J. Kinowski, Jr., age 85, former Niles Fire Chief, beloved husband of the late Arlene, nee Speichert; loving father of Beverly Kinowski, Harry III (Sue) Kinowski, and Debra (Michael) Perrella; cherished papa of Stephen (Margaret) Cusick, Christin (Mike) Mejia, Briana (Chris) Marazas, Nicole Perrella, Katrina (Mike) Canevello, and Joey Kinowski; dear great papa of Oliver Cusick, and the late Michael Canevello. He was a proud member of the Niles Lions Club. He was also the founder of the R.E.D. Center and NIPSTA. Visitation at the Skaja Terrace Funeral Home 7812 N.
