Florence A. Cozzi was born to eternal life on November 20, 2025.  She is preceded into eternal life by her husband, Leroy (who passed away on the same date, November 20, 2011), by her daughter, Sherri, her parents, Ralph and Bessie, and brother-in-law, Anthony.  She is survived by her brother, Richard (Vicki), daughter-in-law, Diana (Sherri), sister-in-law, Mary (late Anthony), nephew Mark (James), great-nephew, Clyde and great niece, Maria.

Florence was born February 1932 to Ralph and Bessie in Chicago, Illinois.  Flo, as she was known to family and friends, spent her youth in Chicago.  As a young woman, she met and married her late husband, Leroy, in August 1953.  She gave birth to her only child, Sherri, in August 1957.  The family set down roots in Addison, IL where she raised her family.  Flo and Leroy eventually resided in Bloomingdale and Glenview.  After the passing of her husband, she lived in Northlake and Elmhurst.  Flo was a dedicated wife and loving mother, also a beloved daughter, sister, aunt and mother-in-law.  She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her close-knit family.   There are many treasured memories and comical anecdotes of vacations and experiences where Flo was the central character.  Those memories and anecdotes capture the essence of who Flo was, and how much she is and will always be cherished.
