Elsie Roth, nee Tesar, age 91, beloved wife of the late Julius; sister of Ruth (Donald) Wiegel; daughter of the late Rosalia and Henry Tesar; Mother of Marian (Russell) Roth-Cramer, Karen (Fred Steinemann) Roth, Lorin (Gary) Roth-Keating, the late Diane (Allen) Peterson; dear grandmother of Dr. Christopher Keating (Jana), Samantha Peterson, Amelia Steinemann, Jacqueline Keating, Elizabeth Peterson, Tyler Steinemann, Erik Cramer and great-grandmother to Josephine Keating.

With a passion for art and dress design, Elsie became a homemaker in 1953 when she married her husband of 64 years.  She continued to develop her artistic talents in everything she touched, including dressmaking for her four daughters and decorating her homes.  She was an avid traveler and enjoyed visiting her children and grandchildren as well as exploring Europe with friends.  She was involved with her children's schooling, including being an enthusiastic Girl Scout Leader.

Elsie was her husband's partner and companion in all his business ventures and joined him in his travels and work throughout the world with US Youth Soccer.

Visitation will be at 10AM at St. Martha of Bethany Catholic Church, 8523 Georgiana Ave, Morton Grove, IL 60053 until time of Mass at 11AM.  Internment at Maryhill Cemetery.
