Eileen Winikates was born in Chicago and attended St. Juliana Grammar School and St. Scholastica High School. After graduating from DePaul University she went to work for Ernst and Young for 35 years as an executive accountant.
Not only was she incredibly beautiful and intelligent, but she was the most selfless and generous person I have ever encountered. she took care of both our parents who were suffering from dementia in their later years and spend all her time and money on her extended family members while never taking time to get married. She was always friendly and kind to everyone and adored animals - especially dogs. My sister Eileen was a true angel and I will mourn her loss for my remaining days. I miss her already.
