It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Dave. The Lord called his name on October 6, 2023.  He passed away surrounded by family and friends.  Dave leaves a void in our hearts, and although he is no longer with us, his spirit will live forever in our memories.

David Anthony Karban was born in Chicago, IL on August 20, 1988. He was a kind and caring man, a loving husband, father and son, a devoted brother, and a loyal friend. Throughout his life, he touched the lives and hearts of those around him with his kindness, compassion and support.

Dave is survived by his wife, Chrissy, his son Max, mother Janet, father Jody, sister Heather, brother Chris, and many loving uncles, aunts, cousins and friends. We will carry on his memory by carrying forward his kindness and compassion for others.

A celebration of Dave's life will be held on Wednesday, October 11, 2023, from 4:00p.m to 8:00p.m at Skaja Terrace Funeral Home, 7812 N Milwaukee Ave, Niles, IL 60714.  Friends, family, and all those whose lives he touched are welcome to join us as we remember the wonderful person he was.

Funeral Services Thursday 9:15 am to St. John Brebeuf Church, 8305 N Harlem Ave, Niles, IL 60714 for Mass at 10a.m. Interment Resurrection Cemetery in Justice, IL.
