CAROLE ANNE KUBIATOWSKI

September 27,1942 – July 25, 2026

Carole Anne (Przybylo) Kubiatowski of Morton Grove, IL passed into eternal rest surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of Stephen Anthony Kubiatowski for 61 years. Loving mother of Stephen Andrew Kubiatowski (Rebecca Seidel) and Lucia Anne (Louis IV) Glunz.  Proud grandmother of Margaret Anne Glunz and Louis John Glunz V. Dear sister of Chester M. Przybylo and his wife, cherished sister-in-law, Elizabeth R. Przybylo. Fond Aunt of Jennifer A. Przybylo (Michael Ullman).

Carole lived a life committed to her Catholic faith, family and friends. She attended Catholic schools from kindergarten through two years of college (St. Helens Elementary School in Chicago, Woodlands Academy of the Sacred Heart, Lake Forest, and Mundelein College in Chicago). She was also a classically trained violinist and pianist.  Upon marrying her husband Steve, she became a devoted homemaker and mother to her two children, as well as caretaker of her parents Chester and Josephine Przybylo until their passing.

Visitation: Wednesday July 29, 2026, from 4:00pm – 8:00pm. Skaja Terrace Funeral Home 7812 N. Milwaukee Ave., Niles, IL  60714.

Funeral Mass: Thursday July 30, 2026, at 10:00am. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Queen of All Saints Basilica, 6280 N. Sauganash Ave., Chicago, IL 60646.

Cemetery:  Following the funeral, interment will be at St. Adalbert Cemetery, 6800 N. Milwaukee Ave., Niles 60714.
