Betty Ann Payne, nee Benson, of Niles, IL, passed away peacefully on November 19, 2024, at the age of 93. Loving mother of the late Richard (Susan, nee Mason), and Scott; cherished grandmother of Jason, Angela, Elizabeth (Jaime Valle), and the late Eric (Jaclyn Jennetten). Beloved great grandmother to Ester (Mariano Ortega), Ada, Arianna, Xavier, Leah, and Olivia; "Grandma Betty" to the Mason family; adored aunt to many nieces and nephews, and friend to all who met her. Betty will be remembered for her contagious happiness and as a strong, kind, loving and generous woman. She loved her family, loved to garden, and loved her dogs.
