Beata Dec passed away peacefully into eternal life at the age of 55 after a courageous battle with cancer. Beata lived an energized life in the Chicagoland area alongside her loving husband Jaroslaw Slotwinski. Beloved daughter, dear sister, aunt, and cherished friend to so many, Beata was the light of our hearts and will be immensely missed by all who loved her. We fill her absence with memories of her contagious smile, rippling optimism and deep kindness. May she shine bright in eternity and rest in glorious peace.

Visitation on Friday August 9, 2024 at the Skaja Terrace Funeral Home, 7812 N. Milwaukee Ave., Niles, IL. from 4:00pm-8:00pm.  Funeral Mass Saturday August 10, at Holy Trinity Polish Mission Church at 10:30am, 1118 N. Noble St. Chicago, IL.  Interment in Oleszyce, Poland.
