Alina Teresa Sieczkowska, age 62, of Chicago, passed away on August 8th, 2023, after a brave battle with cancer. Alina was born on October 3rd, 1960 to Helena and Stefan Adamski in Pakosc, Poland. Alina along with her husband, Wlodzimierz, and children, Sylwia and Sebastian, immigrated to Chicago, IL on April 7, 1994, where she lived until her passing. She created a new life and new opportunity for her family in a new country. She made sacrifices and lived life fearlessly. She was a fabulous cook, creative crafter, and ingenious problem solver, a good worker and a friend, but most importantly, she was a wonderful and loving mother and grandmother. She will be incredibly missed by her loved ones. Alina is survived by her husband, Wlodzimierz Jan Sieczkowski, children Sylwia Cotton and Sebastian Sieczkowski, grandchildren Olivia and Mayabella Cotton, and sister Malgorzata Bisinski. She was preceded in death by her brother, Andrzej Adamski, and her niece, Izabela Bisinski.The visitation will be held on Saturday from 12:00PM until the time of the Service at 2:00 PM.
