In Loving Memory of Adrian P. Orlowski
April 11, 1982 – July 30, 2026

Adrian P. Orlowski, born on Easter Sunday, April 11, 1982, in Warsaw, Poland, lived a life defined by love, devotion, strength, and an unwavering passion for the people around him. At the age of five, he moved to Sweden with his mother and brother, where he spent his childhood and young adulthood. In 2001, he made Chicago his home, where he built a beautiful life centered on family, friendship, and community.  Above all else, Adrian was a devoted husband, proud father, loving son, brother, uncle, godfather, and friend. His greatest gift was the love he gave so freely and the countless lives he touched.

Adrian leaves behind the love of his life and devoted wife, Erica, and their three beloved sons, Daniel, Nikolas, and Christian, who were the center of his world. He is also survived by his loving parents, Dorota and Andrzej Orlowski; his brother, Daniel; his cherished grandparents, Zigmunt and Janina; his aunt and uncle, Marzena and Mariusz; his parents-in-law, Harry and Claire Leblebijian; his brothers-in-law, Jack (Deanna) and Jason (Kelsey); his beloved nieces and nephews, Adrian, Damian, Arianna, Milania, Jack, Estelle, Sloane, and Sylvie; his treasured godchildren, Aleksandar, Anastasija, and Luka; (Mile and Irena Zagorov's children), for whom he proudly served as Kum (Godfather); as well as many extended family members and countless friends whose lives were forever enriched by knowing him.

Together, Adrian and Erica built a beautiful marriage filled with unconditional love, laughter, adventure, and the greatest joy of all—their family. Anyone fortunate enough to cross Adrian's path quickly recognized his infectious passion for life, unwavering positivity, and remarkable ability to make every person feel seen, valued, and important. His smile could brighten any room, and his generous heart left a lasting impression on everyone he met.

Fluent in three languages—Polish, Swedish, and English—Adrian connected effortlessly with people from all walks of life. His warmth, kindness, and genuine interest in others made everyone feel welcomed, valued, and important.

A gifted athlete, Adrian was a former semi-professional soccer and hockey player in Sweden. His competitive spirit, discipline, and determination remained with him throughout his life. More importantly, he passed those qualities on to his sons, teaching them confidence, resilience, sportsmanship, and the importance of giving their very best in everything they pursued.

Whether he was on the golf course enjoying a peaceful afternoon or sitting beside a warm fire surrounded by family and friends, Adrian found joy in life's simple moments. He had an incredible gift for fixing and building just about anything. No challenge was too great—if something was broken, Adrian would find a way to repair it, and if there wasn't an obvious solution, he would figure one out.

Though his time with us was far too short, Adrian's legacy lives on through his family, his friends, and the countless memories he created. His love, laughter, strength, generosity, and adventurous spirit will continue to inspire all who knew and loved him.

He will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.
